preserving published runaway slave advertisements; provided, however, that the corporation 

shall not provide professional services; provided, further, that the corporation shall not have the 

purposes or powers set forth in Subsections (a) through (v) of Section 404 of the New York NotFor-Profit Corporation Law (the "N-PCL").
